Particularly Eucalyptus and Lavender essential oils. I add drops to the bath water, but I’m not sure how much would be too much.

you can add about 5 drops each. Add at the end of running the water. See how it smells. You don’t want to overpower yourself!!

those types of baths are needed in order to keep sainty :) i wouldent add but a little more than what the bottle said to much oil may clogg your pores in your skin and cause a reaction i would take these baths in moderation not everday thing of course , woman typicayl need not take a bath much we keep more bacteria that way.

I usually add only a few drops, just enough to release the scent. I found out accidentally that straight eucalyptus oil is harsh on the skin.

The best oils to use are lavender and rosemary as they are less likely to irritate you if you have sensitive skins. Add 3-6 drops after you have finished running the bath as the hot gushing water makes it lose its powerful/healing fragrance. Let it mix with the water for a few minutes and let the wonderful power of aromatherapy calm you!!!!! :P
