Great decongestant for coughs,
I was introduced to Young Living oils when I had serious sinus problems, and began trying many of their products, most of which I found safe and effective, when properly used.
This oil blend works very well with another blend of theirs called RC. I use them both for decongestant properties, but this blend is more focused on the lungs than the nose and sinus. I discovered just how powerful and effective it is when I had the less-than-pleasant experience of having pneumonia. This oil blend allowed me to sleep through the night instead of being constantly awakened by coughing fits. I would sleep soundly, wake and have a 5-10 minute coughing jag in the morning, then my breathing would be better the whole day.
That experience sold me on this blend. Believe me, pneumonia is no fun, and getting through it having to put less noxious pharmaceuticals in my body when it was already sick was a serious blessing.
The essential oils are natural but powerful, and much safer to use than pharmaceuticals. Young Living produces the bes quality oils I have found in two decades of looking.
