Because it is relatively gentle and nonirritating, it is the preferred choice for children. www.KennethGardner.com Hello, it’s Kenneth, and I’m here to tell you about Di-Gize, an essential oil blend from Young Living Essential Oils. I don’t use it often, but I would not be without it. As can sometimes be the case with essential oils, when you need them, it’s too late to order them, and that is the case for me with Di-Gize, the way I use it. Di-Gize will stop any digestive problems, especially in the stomach, like if I’m feeling nauseous or queasy, whether it’s from food or not. It seems to kill it, to take care of it. It always works for me when I use it. I take Di-Gize essential oil blend with me whenever I go to Mexico as a preventative, to prevent any digestive issues. I put it in my water. I just put a few drops in a glass of water, swirl it around, and drink it. You can also put Di-Gize essential oil blend in a capsule. In the Essential Oils Desk Reference (see separate video), it says that Di-Gize essential oil blend “relieves digestive problems including indigestion, heartburn, gas, and bloating. Combats candida (yeast) and parasite infection.” So you can take it as a supplement. Di-Gize works great for morning sickness, nausea, during pregnancy! Believe it or not, I am almost 50 years old, and the thing I love about the Young Living essential oils is the physical and emotional benefits that they provide. Today, what I’d like to talk to you about is the Lemon essential oil, how I use it and many other ways that you can use it. Lemon essential oil is known to be a powerful antioxidant and immune stimulant, and you can get those benefits simply by adding it to your water, and that will flavor the water and give you those benefits. Another way you could take it internally is by putting some in a capsule from Young Living. You could put a few drops in a capsule, playing with the amount, and simply swallow it. Lemon essential oil is not the same as lemon juice. Lemon oil is made from the rind. Nevertheless, it could be used in cooking for seasoning and for flavoring in baking. You could put it in other beverages and even make your own lemonade with a few drops of lemon oil plus water and sweetener, playing with the amounts. There’s a trick with Lemon essential oil to extend the shelf life of your fruits, and that is to wash your fruit and then dunk them in a bowl of water that has drops of lemon oil in it.
