Which type of oil burners/warmers are the best to distribute the fragrance? The ceramic or soapstone ones, or the ones that are just metal and have the glass on top with the candle underneath it?

Also, which type of essentials oils are the ones whose fragrance spreads out the most, or whose fragrance lasts longer?
