I get raging head aches almost on a daily basis. I’m four months pregnant and Tylenol isn’t helping at all. I’ve used essential oils before i was pregnant, but my doctor cannot tell me if lavendar or peppermint is safe while pregnant. I used a small amount of peppermint oil on my temples two weeks ago, and it helped a lot, but i would like to use it every time i get a head ache instead of suffering. If you know anything about using essential oils while pregnant, please let me know. Thanks! Also i’m sucking on a peppermint lifesaver right now, and it seems to curb the pain a little bit but would still like to know about the oils. Thanks again!
